MSACM: tests for acmMetrics(ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_SUPPORT), acmMetrics(ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_PRIORITY)

Here are some tests that demonstrate support for 
ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_PRIORITY and  ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_SUPPORT. Note that my 
recently commited patch for ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_PRIORITY fails one test 
included in this patch. This will be corrected with a patch later today.

Changelog:
* Add parameter tests for ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_PRIORITY and 
ACM_METRIC_DRIVER_SUPPORT.
* Fix copy&paste mislabeling on acmDriverID test failure.
