[RICHED20] Make CreateTextServices use ITextHost

It doesn't do much, except fixing compiling error and a cosmetic issue, 
but it is a start :).
Oops: forgot attachment, resending.

 - Fix compiling errors in include/textserv.h
 - Make CreateTextServices use ITextHost instead of void*
