shell32[1/2]: if possible use SHFileOperationW to delete in unixfs (this gives confirmation dialogs, recursive directory removal etc)

If possible use SHFileOperationW in the unixfs namespace. This shows a 
confirmation dialogs when trying to delete files and allows to remove 
directories recursively. If converting paths to DOS format fails the 
code falls back to Unix syscalls as it has been before.
