[AppDB] - add magnifying glass image overlay to screenshots

Start to add some flair to the appdb.  Add a magnifying glass image overlay on 
top of the screenshot thumbnails we show the user.  This should make it more 
visually apparent that clicking on the image zooms in.

If someone knows how to better do the CSS I'm all ears.  There is a minor 
offset in the image vs. the text line below it and I'm not sure how to get 
rid of this.

Icon copied from crystalsvg kde iconset.

I've also attached a screenshot so you can see how it looks without applying 
the change and putting xmag_32.png into your appdb/images directory.
