shell32[1/4]: add trashing confirmations (resend)

By Steven Edwards advise I resend the patches.

These patches adds preliminary trash support (more about it in the
second patch). The first patch adds confirmation dialogs. It contains an
icon that takes many lines so I send it as a separate patch not to
clutter the other patches that are with code. The icon is taken from the
Bluecurve theme of Fedora Core 4.

Changelog:
    * add a trash icon
    * change the ID of the "confirm delete" icon to match the Windows ID
(the previous value was the icon index)
    * move the confirmation messages IDs to start from 128 to be able to
more messages with continuous IDs (our string IDs don't match Windows
string IDs so that shouldn't be a problem).
    * add messages to confirm trashing of files
    * add trashing confirmation dialogs
