Dinput8: DirectInput8Create rewrite - attempt 2 (resubmit)

Hi,

This patch lets DirectInput8Create work similar to the native version which according to MSDN uses CoCreateInstance to create a dinput8 object. This rewrite should fix the dll count related issues. The previous version of the patch was broken it didn't do anything with the created object, didn't call CoInitialize and the patch didn't contain the CLSIDs. As told on irc on windows the CLSIDs are added during directx setup, so in case of wine I added them to wine.inf.
