usp10: Add funtionality for ScriptStringAnalyse

This patch adds functionality for ScriptStringAnalyse and by the way for 
ScriptStringOut and ScriptStringFree.  It also activates tests for the 
above.  This goes some of the way to getting Abiword working under wine.
