DirectInput8Create warning

Hi,

Recently I rewrote DirectInput8Create to use CoCreateInstance. The CoCreateInstance call requires a few registry keys in order to be able to create an object. The registry keys were added to wine.inf. Existing wine installations don't have the key and because of that dinput8 programs fail. The problem can easily be fixed when running wineprefixcreate to update the registry.

This patch tells users to run wineprefixcreate in case CoCreateInstance failed.
