include/ddk/winsplp.h: Remove "FAR", use W-structs, fix Typo

For my next Patch, "ddk/winsplp.h" must compile in wine


Remove FAR - property; it's useless and won't compile in wine
PDEVMODE and LPPRINTER_DEFAULTS (osronline) won't compile in wine; use
the W-structs (actual msdn description)
Fix RegistryRoot - Typo
