Kernel-tests: more tests for FindFirstFile in file.c

Changelog:
- allowed multiple tests (buffer2)
- added checks and todo_wine for the correct error code ("c:\foo\"
should result in file not found while c:\foo\bar.txt should result in
path not found on WinXP)
