oleaut32: correct strings with embedded NULLs

As bug 5469 pointed out, BSTRs need to operate on embedded NULLs too.  Partial fix for that bug.  Depends on CompareString patch I just sent.

ChangeLog: correctly handle NULLs embedded in BSTRs, with tests.
