Dinput Initialize fix

Hi,

At the moment dinput's Initialize call returns DIERR_ALREADYINITIALIZED.
According to MSDN the call can only fail if a wrong directinput version is
specified. In all other cases it returns DI_OK. Changing the return value to
DI_OK fixed Tomb Raider Legend.
