Dinput8: DllGetClassObject support

Hi,

This patch adds DllGetClassObject support to Wine which allows applications
like Tomb Raider Legend to use CoCreateInstance to get a dinput8 interface
instead of crashing.

Note that this patch doesn't add any code yet for registering the clsid's.
This functionality will be added by a next patch.
