comctl32: header[3/3]: make sure no message is sent between PrepareCallbackItems/FreeCallbackItems

Chagenlog: make sure no message is sent between 
PrepareCallbackItems/FreeCallbackItems. This prevent problems if the 
user sends a HDM_GETITEM that also uses callback items.
