[comdlg32] Prevent SEGV in FILEOPEN95_OnOpen

ChangeLog:
	Prevent SEGV in FILEOPEN95_OnOpen when a malformed filter is passed.
	FILEOPEN95_OnOpen assumes that each item in the filter list returns a
	non-NULL pointer for CB_GETITEMDATA.
