[PATCH 0/8] widl and rpcndr.h unsigned long to ULONG changes

Hello,

this patch series is the next step in getting WINE_NO_LONG_AS_INT
removed from dlls/rpcrt4. It also improves Win64 compatibility as it
replaces a lot of unsigned longs with ULONGs.

The patches in this patch series introduce warnings which will go away
once all patches of this series are applied.
