[winex11.drv] (2/2) check for incompatible bpps and negative widths

Makes sure we are copying between bitmaps of the same color depth, and
that their widths are positive.

This patch, and the previous one, fix all the graphical glitches in Reason 3
(a pro audio app that does a variety of client-side DIB copy operations).

Apply after previous patch.

  * Added checks for incompatible color depths and negative widths to
    client-side DIB copying code.
