On a Solaris system, getaddrinfo is not found during the AC_CHECK_FUNC
test, because the libs required for getaddrinfo have not been found on Solaris
yet.  By moving the AC_CHECK_FUNC for getaddrinfo, below  where 
libsocket and libnsl are checked, getaddrinfo is now found on Solaris, and
I'm able to resolve a host and render a page with wine running mozilla.exe.
