WGL: fix wglChoosePixelFormatARB behavior

Hi,

According to the specs wglChoosePixelFormatARB returns the number of matching
pixelformats. This number can be different than the size of the return buffer
which is given by nFormats.

This bug wasn't bad before but that was because we only offered 1 pixelformat
for onscreen and offscreen rendering.

Regards,
