[TOOLS] Show missing dll's in the single/group results

Hi,

The result of the last patch can already be seen on
http://test.winehq.org/data/200708061000/.

This patch will add a missing dll as one of the reasons a test is missing (with
appropriate onMouseOver hint). This patch will however only start having effect
as of tomorrow 12:00 GMT-ish when the new winetest executable is build.
