[TOOLS] Show crashed winetest in the single/group results

Hi,

If for some reason winetest crashed, the report file will be cut off at an
unknown point. Also when a report file is bigger than 1.5MB (that's a fixed
setting currently) it will be cut off by winetest before sending (see the Vista
results on http://test.winehq.org/data/200708071000).

Both of the above will look like winetest has crashed. This patch shows the
missing tests because of a 'winetest crash'. Currently they are shown as "Test
did not run for an unknown reason" with the patch that turns in to "Test did not
run as winetest crashed".

(Maybe we could have dissect check the size of the report file, before creating
the summary file, and have a different message if the filesize is 1.5MB, I'll
think about that).
