[5/5] WineD3D: Fix WINED3DFMT_A4L4

Later on we may want to put advertizing this format on some software emulation 
registry key, because loading is slow. The reason why I removed A8R3G3B2 
support advertizing, but keep this format, is that A4L4 works properly once 
it is loaded, but A8R3G3B2 would cause an aftermath in the sense of using up 
more memory.
