[TOOLS] Leave out empty groups on results page

Hi,

This one maybe a bit more controversial then the previous patches. Currently we
show all groups (with a lot of '.' below) regardless if there are any tests.

This patch makes sure we only show groups where there are tests for. This means
if only 1 Windows XP tests ran, that will be the only one you see on the page.
