[avifil32/regsvr] Replace recursive delete functions by RegDeleteTree

Hi,

I saw Stefan Leichter's patch never made it due to some issues with the
error-handling.

This patch actually removes the classes when doing a 'regsvr32 /u avifil32'
whereas the current code doesn't (at least not on my box).
