[TOOLS] Show skip for groups in the main summary

Hi,

If there is a single test, skip will be shown at the Main Summary. If we however
have a group of systems, the Main Summary will not show that there are skips for
one or more systems.

This patch makes sure we see at the Main Summary that one or more tests are
skipped in the group.

I've also changed the assignment for $testref->{dllmissing}->{$unit} to a simple
1 as we only check for the existence anyway.
