[TOOLS] Show the dll information on the results page

Hi,

This patch changes the way information is presented on test.winehq.org (for the
better I think).

Currently there is:

           <Name of the system>(link to build.txt)
[info](link to version.txt)  [file](link to report)

As we only have one source (currently) for the winetest executable, build.txt
will be the same for all systems.

This patch changes the above into:

           <Name of the system>(link to version.txt)
[info](link to dllinfo.txt)  [file](link to report)

dllinfo.txt currently only has missing dll information in it (or for Wine
nothing). That will change soon though when dll version information is in there.

(build.txt is not lost but is also included in the header of the report file).
