[winetest] Put dll version information in the report

Hi,

This patch adds dll version information to the report file. The 'infrastructure' 
is already in place to show this information. We just have to wait for a new 
generated winetest.exe.

Changing winetest to use Heap* and friends will be a task in itself. I didn't
want to mix malloc and HeapAlloc so I sticked with the existing. (I will give it
a shot though, but first wanted to get this out).
