dsound: Change default bpp and sample frequency to be better for the ears

44100 / 16 bit is a lot better for the ears. I don't see why we should
keep it at 22050 / 8 bit, nothing relies on that specific setting
anyway, if there would be I would have had a bug report long ago, since
for a while ALSA primary only supported 48000 rate..
