winmm: add driver unload test [1/2]

Hi,

This test loads the xvid codec, starts to create a compressed AVI
stream using that codec, and then exits. The purpose of this test is
to show the crash that occurs on Wine during ExitProcess() because we
call xvid's DriverProc() function after we've already unloaded
xvidvfw.dll.

For this test to work, you need the win32 version of the xvid codec
from http://www.xvid.org/.
