Monthcal lost focus fix, reworked

This patch fixes an issue with the monthcal control in comctl32.dll and 
makes it behave more like Windows.

My test case was a wizard with an expanded monthcal control on it and 
switched page in the wizard. Then the monthcal window didn't close as it 
was suppose to and this patch fixes that.

This patch has been sent before, but has now been reworked after some 
feedback.
