[1/5] WineD3D: Remove 24/32 bit hacks

This time without dropping the setting of devmode.dmBitsPerPel. It is next to 
pointless because the next patch removes the entire codeblock, and the 
dmBitsPerPel is currently ignored, but now it looks nice at least :-)
