WGL: unleash all pixel formats 3/3

Hi,

This patch will unleash all pixel formats in OpenGL. A lot of programs got affected by this bug some wouldn't function and others got limited in performance or features. With this patch most of these issues should get fixed and it would allow programs to use multisampling and stereo.
