[PATCH 0/3] qmgr: Revised implementation of BackgroundCopyManager's IUnknown interface

This revised patch set begins implementing the background copy manager
interface.  This revision merges functionality from a number of very
small patches to create a small set of patches implementing the
IUnknown interface of IBackgroundCopyManager.
