[1/7] cmd.exe RESEND : Add pushd and popd

These patches are a resend of the unapplied ones from the last batch - I
think I messed up with git and corrected one of the patches in the wrong
commit set which is why they were not applied (one wouldn't compile!)

If there's anything wrong with them, please let me know
