[TOOLS] Cater for the new skip method

Hi,

this patch makes sure that we can dissect the new report files that include
different lines then before:

crypt: 69 tests executed (0 marked as todo, 0 failures), 0 skipped.

instead of:

crypt: 69 tests executed, 0 marked as todo, 0 failures.

The patch makes sure that we can still deal with the old reports as well.

The one thing that's not done here is actually presenting the 'skip' information
on test.winehq.org, so if there are any volunteers?
