X11DRV/WGL: remove get_drawable

Hi,

This patch removes the function get_drawable from the opengl code. The function isn't used anymore and second most functions receive a Physdev anyway from which they can get a drawable is needed. After this patch opengl.c is clear of ExtEscape calls :)
