oleaut32: Add support for IDispatch in 2-operand variant functions (1 of 12) - wrapper function

This patch defines a wrapper function that is used by all the other patches.

Changelog:
* Add wrapper for dereferencing a VARIANT of type VT_DISPATCH and 
returning the VARIANT value.
