dsound: Remove erroneous line, solving bug #7670 RETRY without gmail text mangling

This line seems wrong, as a buffer can still require recalculation
after ds3db has been set to NULL by a call to
DirectSound3DBufferImpl_Release, in the case of deferred calculation.
(Additionnaly, i can't find any record of Ultima IX ever working under
wine).
