[1/7] DDraw: Some d3d-only code fixes

This is a resend of the ddraw without gl patchset, with fixes for some 
problems the older patchset had.

This patch fixes some problems in the ddraw test, where ddraw called d3d-only 
methods without beeing sure that d3d is even supported and initialized.
