[shell32/tests] Rewording and cleanup

Hi,

both NT and Vista show several failures for shlfileop. I had some difficulties
with the wording when a test fails (some were incorrect, some were strange).

I also did a (whitespace) cleanup of tests that were inside a todo_wine before
(early 2006).

Should be a NOP.
