[msi/tests] Properly cleanup after each test

Hi,

Found several files that were not removed after running the tests.

Tested it with running every single test and checking the leftovers. The only
files that are still not removed are the MSI*.LOG files. Unless we use our own
temp-dir that's probably not fixable (we don't want to remove the users 'real'
log files).
