[6/7] kernel32 test: Show wrong behaviour with current directory

This frustrates me as I often use 'rd . /s /q' to clear out the current
directory (when its just full of junk), but under wine it deletes the
directory as well (which is the current directory!!). I wanted to add a test
to show its wrong behaviour before I forgot as its not a cmd.exe bug.

Test passes under XP at least
