[msvcrt/tests] Properly remove temporary directory

Hi,

we can't delete the directory if were in there.

Most people will have this directory in their tempfolder. This directory will
not be deleted automatically as the test was build to only delete the directory
if it was made by the test (and this is now correctly fixed). So you have to
delete it manually if you want to get rid of it.
