[TOOLS] Visualize skip by using a border

Hi,

(didn't appear on the list, so sorry if it appears a second time).

This is the patch that removes the border for tests running on a visible desktop
(as that's always the case nowadays) and add a border to the tests that have 1
or more tests skipped.

I've left the old stuff in summary.css so that it's still possible to see old
reports with the old stylesheet information.

See the attached pictures for current and new (based on the results on
test.winehq.org from today with one extra added report to trigger a new
index.html). Obviously the 'Legend' is also changed to reflect the new
visualization.
