[try 2] comctl32: header message sequence test cases [1/2]

Hello,
I am Shanren Zhou. This patch modifies my previous submission of
setter/getter test cases so that the message sequence tests will not
interfere with the existing tests. I added separate parent and child
header controls for each test case and fixed a typo ('Data Modified'
should be 'Date Modified').

* please discard previous set of patches because the attachment was incorrect *
