APPDB Patch - Image Montage

[EA Durbin]

Added functionality to create a new dynamic image montage every time the 
AppDB is loaded.

The APPDB will need write permission to the images/montage.jpg file, I 
included mine, though it gets trashed/recreated so a blank image will 
suffice.

I'm not the best artist in the world, the backdrop image could probably use 
some tweaking.
