wined3d: Implement support for gamma corrected (sRGB) texture loading

This patch has been a long time in the making. The following test was used
during the creation of the patch:

Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike:Source were also extensively used for rooting
out the bugs

Special thanks to the guys on #winehackers and especially Stefan Dösinger
for his help and guidance during the development of this feature
