kernel32: Change the shared manifest test to depend on a build number that isn't currently published on at least XP, showing that assemblies with higher build numbers can be used.

Depends on "ntdll: Shared manifests should have a less-strict version 
check performed when loading them as dependencies." and the previous 
comctl32 patch.

You need to re-register comctl32 in order for this test to succeed.
