Janitorial : Rename 16-Bit files

Hi all !

I started 16 Bit separation.
This first patch renames :
- files containing 16 Bit functions only
- some 16 Bit functions.

I renamed msacm_main.c to msacm_main16.c and setupx_main.c to
setupx_main16.c, should it be something like msacm16_main.c ?
