widl [3/4]: Write types in the format string comments

This patch writes type names in comments in the format strings.  This is
very useful (I wish MIDL did it).  For example:

        0x2f,   /* FC_IP */
        0x5a,   /* FC_CONSTANT_IID */
        NdrFcLong(0x00020401),
        NdrFcShort(0x0000),
        NdrFcShort(0x0000),
        0xc0,
        0x00,

        0x00,
        0x00,
        0x00,
        0x00,
        0x46,

Whereas before you would just see "/* 6 */".  This makes chasing down format
strings a lot more pleasant.  I'd like to add attribute lists at some point,
too.
